PTFE's comments should be read on the understanding that he is currently being cared for in the community and, as such, we fellow Forum members tolerate his behaviour in the light of the special fact. Further, we recognize this (Forum) as a good place for him to be in that he is safe to spend his time on here amongst people who have knowledge of his needs.
