I wonder if the respondent Derek Jack Lister is present here under another guise? It seems he is alone in his sentiments (certainly on this forum!)


I was pointed to this by a reliable contact (who must remain nameless, obviously....no, seriously he could really get into some major trouble) who suggests that Mr Dolan might be seeking redress, via litigation, for his sacking!

Maybe he ought to ask his correspondent Ian Whiting or Rachel, or even browse this Forum to find out whats behind TD leaving. Comparisons with the McClaren situation are a joke, everyone knew he wasn't a suitable candidate except the FA.

Totally agree John, its like he was reviewing a film without ever seeing it! Surely one peek here would have told him all he needed to know. Poor journalism in my book - he needs to take a lesson from a real pro like Rachel methinks. Surely anyone who "looses the dressing-room" (allegedly) is on a one-way street out?

Was Mr. Dolan under contract? and if not what redress if any does he have in law? He didn't simply loose the dressing room in my opinion he never found it in the first place.
