Do students get in for £3.50? it was free for students today and tuesday just gone. back to full price from new year Which brings to mind the old punchline: "Yes, our apples are only a penny each as well when we haven't got any".

To the best of my knowledge Kiddy players are full time so we dont gain anything there.I also feel sorry for the travelling fans and feel some sort of gesture on GAFC part would be in order,I know the ultimate decision is to the officials but if it was reversed you wouldnt get me travelling that far twice. Finally and I apologise in advance to our hard working volunteers but we have had frost for nearly ten days and the weather forecast said frost surely its not within the grounds of common sense to try and protect the playing surface.

If you want to help out the Harriers fans then why not offer them a free coffee and mince pie?
Won't cost much and will be a nice, small gesture.

I think we should do a little more than that, but it would be a start.
just hope we get a good, fair and entertaining game on tuesday.

Nothing the club could do about this decision is solely down to the officials on the day website adins found out about the cancellation same time as everybody else so no time to update.
Tarpaulins have been laid on the pitch to counteract the frost maybe it stime the FA revised their rules in respect of calling games off by adding factors such as how far the visiting fans have to travel.
Personal perspective is that if the pitch wasn't fit at midday then it wasn't going to be at 3:00pm and postponment should have been a formality. Don't have to work for the Met Office to work out today's scenario; shame the officials aren't allowed to use their common sense.
Feel very sorry for the Kiddy fans who travelled but what can you do in the circumstances?

The student freeby seems a good idea.
At which universities and colleges did we advertise it?

i thought the same ob i didnt no that gafc had a student following i tell you what they should do is let kids up to the age of 16 in free maybe they will bring there dads or grandads who will be paying there £7 plus it should make for a better atmosphere and lets face it it needs it , i once went to telford and they was doing the same sort of thing but on a bigger scale

Before my daughter defected to the north easr and when she was a student she was always let in for half price, initially needing her student union card and then just a smile as she became known. She is hoping to get to the Boxing Day game and say hello to old friends.
