OK, so we didn't win, but hell -WHAT A GREAT PERFORMANCE!
A big change from recent performances, let's hope it's a taste of things to come. Great substitutions, and I think we would agree that they were the "right" ones too. We really did deserve more, but I bloody LOVED it!!
Welcome aboard Mr Kittrick, from what I saw today I have great hopes for Guiseley. Let's hope we continue to play football like tonight,
Come on you Whites!!!

I thought putting Danny in front of the back 4 and Aaron in the back 4 worked really well. I actually think the substitutions were our downfall. We lost our shape especially when Brice came on as he was all over the place. We should have won, deserved a draw but have to say it was a great free kick that did for us

Tiani came on because Mark Bett was injured but I think a draw wouild have been a fair result. To say Kiddy are full time there wasn't a great deal between us and if Dean Walters late effort had gone the inside the post who knows? Great effort though guys.

Yes, apart from the result it was thoroughly enjoyable: two teams who wanted to play football and an excellent referee who wanted to let them. It was interesting that against opponents who are mooted to become the second 'people's club', with the side partially picked by 'fans', SK chose to adopt many of the selections and tactics suggested on the Forum. Danny Ellis - the member of our defence with the best vision and delivery - was a revelation in the holding role, while Deano (if only that one had gone in!) and Bettsy looked really lively out wide. And with Dom, Gav and the new left-sider still to join the mix, things look promising. Congratulations and Best Wishes to the Kiddy team and fans - even if they get to Wembley again I doubt they'll have a tighter game - and let's hope our 'pub team' can carry its new-found spirit to Eastwood on Saturday.

Fort Every player on the pitch played well no one looked out of place. Fort Guiseley lost the shape wen betts and walters went off, which cost us the game really.

Can't agree with Hanson been MoM although he did have a great game. I though Danny Ellis was fantastic last night, He was a joy to watch, I thought it was a fantastic performace last night, And Add Gav and Daz into the squad the future looks bright.

well we got outta jail big time!! i thought we deserved a draw but you gave us a great game last night, coud've won it at the end too. Full credit to your players they did really well and showed great fitness.
Thought your ground and clubhouse was very tidy and had an enjoyable time there. unbelievable free-kick it's the best he's ever done i think, had to be 40 yards. it wasn't the 1st time your keeper had been beaten by a harkness free kick, when he was at southport he scored a peach against him too!! 1 or 2 of our fans reminded him of that when harkness came on and he truly delivered again, your keeper (and rest of team) were understandably stunned. all in all a good night at nethermoor, hope to see you in the BSQ north next season, why were some of your fans blaming the ref though??

MJ All you ever say is James this, James that. You are right, you have an opinion but do you have opinions on anything else other than Hanson? or ones that are not derogatory? The scouts must have thought all the team played well!
