Voted for Nathan, partly due to the fact that he is the type of clubman that should be rewarded, after the disappointment of missing the play offs with a variety of other comings and goings during the season. Hope he is still with us next season as I doubt we could get much better. Give him the armband and make clear to new signings he is the example to follow (this would include in the clubhouse, where he made the barmaids day with a healthy tip following the Kendal game, unlike others who were walking into the club with their envelopes of cash and quickly leaving to spend it elsewhere, with smiles that were a little broad for my liking given the outcome). Well as James Hanson has played, make a statement folks, vote Nathan.

Without wishing to denegrate Nathan (or any of the other serious nominations) I'm astonished that we need to look beyond the obvious choice.
Any young player in his first full season at this level who turns out in virtually every game (alongside a constant succession of partners), who gets on with his job despite being an obvious target for every Neanderthal in the division, who causes no problems for either referees or management, and who bangs in 25 goals (his nearest rivals in the current squad got 3) has surely got to be a shoo-in.
Leek, Kendal and the second half at Worksop showed just how vital he's become to the team. Heaven knows, we'll appreciate him when he's gone (and no, I haven't heard anything!).
Step (or hobble) forward James, indisputably our Player of the Season.

This is all getting too complicated.
