The last couple of seasons theres been many changes,Pars-Dolan-Kitty !!! Alright we all have our favorites (Managers ) that is ,but it is now time to get behind our currant manager and give the guy a chance.....He came in half way through the season with a squad left by TD.(who shot him self in the foot by putting Swifty straight in to the team, when every one could see was not good enough.... and sticking with him... )Anyway we all have our favorites Dicko,Sturdy ,Nath(mine ,like most of you!!!!)..Anyway what I'm trying to say is its time every one gave Steve,Wayne a fair crack of the whip .... Next season every thing(Team/Results) is down to them .........Good Luck Anyway on wards, and UPWARDS...Oh must say this for the chosen one,and you know who i mean L.O.L...Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Cant agree more we all have our favourites regarding players/managers??? but now is the time to give kitty/wayne a fair crack of the whip and let them get on with getting ready the team. And im sure everyone will have their opinion in the coming season but i for one would like to see them given time to build a decent squad so lets get behind the team/management..!!!!

I agree with giving Kittrick a chance and I understand he probably wants to form his own squad but it does concern me too that we seem to be getting rid of our best players.

I think we should show traditional Guiseley tolerance and give the new signings at least 2 or 3 minutes of the new season before condemning them. Also agree that we should give the management team a chance and respect them for keeping us informed more than previous managers did. I am sure they would agree that the play-offs are the minimum target this year and they can be judged on whether we make them or not,

Cheers for the positive posts guys.We understand the concerns of some of you in regards to letting some good players leave, but i can assure you that Steve and i are working very hard to bring in players who are not just as good but better than the ones who are leaving. It is something that happens at every club up and down the country, when teams under achieve generally there has to be changes. All we ask is that you give the new lads the chance to become new crowd favourites,i am confident that the new arrivals will have a big impact on Guiseley AFC in the coming season.

Wayne, like Ivor says not many managers come on to club website and put their point across. Many thanks and please don't hesitate to come on to the forum and have your own say...Pretty sure you have got the majority of fans behind you..Good luck again ,because next season i feel its gonna be the hardest league to get into the top five for a long, long time!!!!! Any way just bit of gossip , seems Jim Vince as walked out on Witton AGAIN. Who would be a manager EH ......

Cheers Boselecta agree with you totally about the strength of the league this season, since the introduction of Conference North a few years ago the Unibond lost a lot of the big clubs i.e Staleybridge Barrow Hyde and so on,but now with so many teams having financial backing the Unibond is one of the hardest divisions to get out of.Rest assured we will be working our tails off to make sure we are in the thick of things,we want to progress like everyone else connected with GAFC.Sometimes think to be a manager at any level you have to be a little bit of a sadist.LOL
