rumour has it that you lot pulled out of a pre-season game with the Celts cos u only want to play cannon fodder pre season.

It's very unusual not to have this as a pre-season fixture. I think most supporters at both clubs would have wanted to see this game, especially me.

Absolute nonsense bluesquare your ass.manager rung Steve a couple of weeks ago about a friendly but we already had a full program apart from 26th July which Farsley couldnt do.If you really wanted a friendly with us you should have got yourselves organised earlier.

Wayne is it too late to organise another date? Me and Adam are really up for this and you know what he gets like once he's disappointed. He won't stop going on about it and it might just be easier to give him what he wants.

Maybe you are right it will be a much better work out for you against Liversausage or the rest of the dross you are playing only one date free in 8 weeks between two local clubs come on ! BPA are up for the challenge seems like local bragging rights are on offer the fans of both clubs turnout in numbers for these games and you defo need to keep them sweet up there. or are you looking to win all your pre season games ten nill which with the exception of the leeds game you will |

Pre-season not about winning games but attaining match fitness, working on tactics and getting the team to gel. Seems that one season in the upper echelons has taught FC nothing, so if Andy Pandy and Bob the Builder want their teams to play each other then let them get on with I say. Real action starts Aug 16 for GAFC.
By the way bluesquare you lot still gonna concrete over the Nest?

Work starts Monday ! quite right about not winning games so why play all the dross. should be a steady build up with the games getting harder also you cannot judge players against dross as they all look like world beaters or is that the idea. |
