After listening to the post match interview with Danny Lowe, I heard him say that the new potential manager may have been at the game today.
I wasn't able to attend today, but for the traveling fans did you see anyone at the match who may well have a chance of being the new Guiseley manager??

Another poor day at the office for Guiseley, we resisted early pressure after several attacks from Orient.
We got in front with a well worked attack and a neat cross from Kevan Hurst which found Odejayi to score his first goal for the club.
It was downhill from there and Orient ran out deserved winners.

Not disgraced but well beaten. Orient's off the ball movement and use of the flanks was an object lesson.
I sat with the locals. It was a lovely multiracial child-friendly atmosphere. I was impressed.
There is work to be done but all is not lost.

I still think the scoreline flattered Orient today, if you look at it objectively until the penalties they were struggling to put away a managerless part time side.

While I wish them no Ill, better sides than us will steamroll them based on what I saw today. I think they've got another few years of National League football to bear through.

Just got home and trying to think what to say about today's match. Whoever our new manager is he has his work cut out.
There are members of the team who put their heart and soul into the game like Purver,Hatfield and Palmer and others who looked , once more ,as if they were at a training session.

Play is just not enjoyable to watch at the moment.
I look forward to a raising of morale and improved tactics and strategies on the field. Maybe a bit of a shake up of players too

Wondering what others read into yesterday's team selection.
Was it Danny, Steve and Martin's perceived best 11 or the best 11 trainers or the standard 4-5-1 "safe" away from home
I was surprised Jake wasn't selected and given Dicko was involved no sub keeper!
And despite his goal it felt a safe bet picking Odejayi ahead of Frank or Rhys.
And perhaps of most interest will to see how many of the starting 11 make next Saturday and as well as a new manager will we have some new players too

Yes, a very decent club and set of fans who didn't deserve what they have endured in the last three years and whose previous hierarchy got distracted by Wham moving into the vicinity.

As for Guiseley, tough game to have at that point in the season but given events the season starts now and at least there are a handful of points on the board.

Respect OB's 'be careful what you wish for' comment, the line up in the league below is testament to botched ambition.

Going to start off by saying Leyton Orient are a great club, their staff were extremely friendly and helpful and hope we get to visit again.
It's great to see so many of their supporters still backing their team despite all the off field problems for the past few years.
It was the loudest I had heard a song sung at a non league match and when the goals went in the place went crazy!
To the game, Orient came out the traps really fast, we struggled getting out of our own half for the first 30 minutes or so, they were all over us.
Green made a couple of good saves and collections from crosses.
However he was perhaps lucky to stay on the pitch when he fluffed his kick and Mooney was free on goal, Joe had his hands all over him but managed to block the strikers effort.
For some reason the ref did not give a penalty and we had to defend a corner.
Then for a five minute spell we got into the game, we won a couple of corners which came to nothing, although one made the Orient backline look very uncertain.
However a pass from Molyneux found Kevan Hurst who broke down the right hand side and put the perfect cross into the middle for Kayode Odeajayi to score his first goal for the club.
Unfortunately from there it was all downhill for the Lions.
We had the lead for all of six minutes before the ball struck Ash Palmer's hand in the area.
The ref whistled pointed to the spot and Bonne scored his first goal of the afternoon.
Just a couple of minutes later Williams upended Mooney on the edge of the box and the linesman's flag went up indicating a second penalty should be given.
Up stepped Bonne again to double his tally for the afternoon.
The score was perhaps a fair reflection of the first 45 but was crushing for ourselves having managed to get in the lead.
The second half was more of the same, Orient dominated as we struggled to create.
Green proved key in the goal denying the hosts from extending their lead.
However as we've seen too many times this season we conceded from a cross.
Harrold who was introduced for his O's debut just a couple of minutes earlier headed in.
Danny East had lost the ball in the middle of the park but the pass to him wasn't the best.
Orient looked comfortable with a two goal lead with only shots from range from ourselves which were easily blocked.
The introduction of Thompson and Mulhern was positive but should have been done whilst we were still realistically in the game.
Their pace baffled the CB's.
To cap a miserable afternoon Bonne raced through putting the ball under Green to make it 4-1.
An improvement from other away games but still off the pace from Guiseley, a game played in difficult circumstances and hopefully we see an improvement when the new manager is appointed.
Alex Purver was again brilliant and Will Hatfield looked at home in his central attacking role.
Onto Eastleigh at home on Saturday.
