Images and video from yesterdays win (sorry missed the second goal!) and proof indeed that it was a penalty and that the keeper was on hand to collect the loose ball so only a yellow card. Great performance throughout as well as a clean sheet and we are looking like a team that will be challenging for honours.

If you fancy a chuckle then watch Steve Cunningham’s post match interview on you tube which was clearly given just after consuming a large bunch of sour grapes. It’s always amusing when someone who has just lost and is angry and disappointed tries to make out that they don’t really care anyway!! Difference is that we have real quality on the bench and in the rest of the squad and maybe if they hadn't tried to stop us playing at every opportunity the referee might have been a bit more lenient with them. |

I see what you mean. Possibly Gabs might have got there first, but I think the ref was spot on with a yellow in retrospect now. |

What you have to understand is it’s only chairmen and fans who care about the FA Cup. Hardly anyone. That’s why you have to lose it so that you can joint win the league after six games. |

What would be everyone’s ideal second round qualifying draw? I think we’ll get Anstey Nomads at home in the next round, but I also have an inkling that it could be Basford away. |
