Come on every1, lets not throw fuel on the fire. If a player leaves the club then we'll know about it, but rumours ?? Rallyman Looks like the pre-kittrick contract boys are getting sorted one by one. With the board saying nowt it looks like theres a stamp of approval. almost as though hes carrying out instructions why else would kittrick get the job if it wasn't to operate on a lower budget. according to a reliable source pugh cotterill dunne skiba all big earners at ossett all come across for a pay rise and a cushy number jobs for the boys  There are no big earners at Ossett. As for Cotty I think he came for less money. If you were anything to do with Ossett you'd know that. |

IT's club official has anounced it on their forum so it seems certain Gav has gone. Not sure if its a loan deal or not as IT's forum posting not clear.
This is Gav's 2nd loan spell this season (assuming he's on loan to IT) made by two different managers. Seems the writing on the wall for his career at Guiseley.

Going back to the original accusation did Gav send a derogatory text?? Does that warrant getting rid?? Or is it purely a football based decision?? Personally feel though Gav worked hard he failed to set Nethermoor alight and if we aspire to go higher maybe we need to look elsewhere. Unfortunately if we want to progress there will be casualties along the way no matter how popular they are with fans. Anyway good luck Gav.....I've heard you'll need it playing for Nigel Jemson!!

allegedly he sent a text to Dicko with some remark about the manager. The club physio was swan-necking and saw the text reporting it to the management. The management took offence with the content of the alleged text and the rest is supposition or purely coincidental.

If this allegation is true and this is how management deal with such things well I should think that the old boys,and they are dwindling by the day, must be glad that Mark Ellis is still around a face they can trust,or now that he has served his purpose by easing the new management in will he be the next one whose services will no longer be required?
We all know about new brooms but did our directors really buy into this and is at least one of them going to be at"Meet the manager" I will not be,I support GAFC dont need to know this guy.

I for one am extremely sorry that Gavin has had to leave the club and if the circumstances are as stated by worldlywise the management and staff have nothing to be proud of at all. I think Gavin had a lot to offer towards the success of the team and once again it is our loss. But good luck Gavin for the future and I hope you do well at your new club.
I think we should have a prediction league for who will be next to be ousted by the present regime.
