So Simon (Brazilian) Clifford will be visiting if we win tomorrow. Check out the Newcastle Blue Star match report at www.garforthtown.com/content2/index.php where Clifford's lot get stuffed 6-1 and then complain about the after match hospitality - hilarious.

Perhaps they had to provide their own sour grapes.

...Which makes things much easier for me. After watching Garforth deservedly beat T'Ossett, we decided we would endeavour to follow them to Wembley too. Two birds and all that.

One assumes the games on tonight so I'll be there is spirit if not physically.
Come on lads, we could do with a good run in the FA Cup.
Don't suppose Sky Sports News will cover this level of Cup round, but you never know.
Best of luck

In reply to Boselecta: well, essentially, yes! After dominating the opening 10 minutes, Ossett seemed to slip away, as Garforth exploited the flanks to some effect. The anticipated step-up from the more senior side never materialised and Garforth ultimately deserved their win for some slick play and determined attitude.
What the video clip doesn't show is the 11 minutes of second half injury time (shades of Guiseley-Tamworth, or was it Nuneaton?), which included a lengthy injury and the sending off. It also avoids footage of yours truly exhorting the ref to send off t'OssettT player for foul and abusive language...the red following within a minute, hehe.
All said and done, a reasonable stop-gap for the main course tonight.
