hate people moaning, cant believe u missed me out tho!!! Yeah, but if you're a Guiseley fan it's simply imprinted in your genes that you like to moan! Funnily enough I was only wondering where Superstew was yesterday, so if you're out there somewhere, Superstew, you're being missed. As regards the others, PTF has, I think, gone into a quiet, sullen slumber due to Avenue's less than impressive start to the season; Probably wondering were they are with the 'Football League in 5 Years' plan... DBA has apparently quit this parish and goes to watch Bradford City, and Disguiselee is still very much around and about, and keeping James in check... Just to throw in two or three names that came to my mind, too; Whatever happened to Missieee (sorry if that's not quite the correct spelling), Steve (who has Max and Paddy - the two Rotweillers) and that weird chap - can't remember what he was called - who was going to sacrifice a chicken on the pitch for luck before one of our matches. That's the guy who thought that Ilkeston and Ilkley were one and the same place!...

Nik(is he really a teacher?) Yes! But apart from using my first name as my username, not desperate to give my whereabouts out until I've settled into my new job - because I hadn't realised before I came to the Sunderland friendly that so many people from my school play(ed) for Guiseley at some level! On the bulk of my posting, you have to understand that I'm a major procrastinator. And I'm really getting into this GAFC thing. So every time I look at my screen and think 'must do work', I click refresh here first. I'll slow down if it's annoying people.

Hello, Otleybard here, struggling on this new-fangled lap top thing because my monitor's died (anybody got a spare old one I could borrow?) If you were really a teacher your first name'd be 'Mr'. Feel free to keep posting, nik, and welcome to the world of high-class displacement activity.

One of my old teachers from Guiseley School - Mr Vanham - was an ocasional supporter - i havent seem him for ages, is he still about Adam? R

I well remember Mr Vanham - and I'm still scared of him now whenever I see him! I can't stop thinking he's got one of those big, wooden blackboard cleaner type things behind his back to wang at me the minute my attention wanes a tad...Really great chap though...Hope he's OK...

Phew.
Back in my old steam-powered computer and usual identity thanks to a replacement monitor picked up by a mate of mine on the Antiques Roadshow.
You can all stop looking in your attics now, but thanks anyway.

I'm only young but maybe when I hit retirement age in about 40 years, people will be glad to have been taught by me. In the meantime, my first name IS 'Mr'. I even have a website at where I put homework and extra learning activities. Traffic there is minimal. :S Anyway cheers guys, I hope you find your missing posters, although OB's tactic of signing up a second alias could be replicated by every member and then we'd double our userbase and triple our state of confusion!

Hi all! I decided after my rather negative and sarcastic comments following the Boston game that I would only now post when I had something positive to say . Hence no posts since then.... Doh! You have now made me post in a negative way once again

Did you miss the Whitley game??? It was all positive!! Not been to a game since Boston. I came home from that one with a severe apathy infection and have not been 'well' enough to attend since The 'stay away' treatment is having a gradual impact and I may be fit enough to attend by the weekend

I'm a home games only fan right now, so I'm getting impatient for the Bamber Bridge game on the 26th!
