............we drag our lazy backsides out of the posh seats tomorrow, do the away crowd (Mr Merris Snr, OB, Feldmeister, et al) hang around behind the opposition goal at home games too? Would be good to see some friendly faces but am not that into the terrace if we can be behind the goal - if I wanted to be sideways on, I'd be sat down.
So where do you guys stand?

Home Games - The terrace we're attacking then switch at HT.
Away Games - The side of the pitch at the end we're attacking usually behind the liner then switch at HT

I wasn't at that game, but heard about it yeh!
Liner abuse is half the fun, especially at away games

Liner abuse is half the fun, especially at away games We seem to have bumped into a happy medium of people who get into the game but don't lose their rags by taking it too seriously - an important skill at Frickley where it seemed the club shop staff were preparing to sodomise us with cleaning utensils for celebrating the first goal.

It's what passes for colonic irrigation in South Yorkshire.

(And a rather over-literal interpretation of losing one's rag.) ;D

Back o't'goals as ever. Though 'how' is the usual question. Lovely stuff. I love the smell of uncalled-for self deprecation on a morning.

I tend to stand next to the bin at the astro end and to the left of the goal in line with the 18 yard line at the bottom end. I'm a creature of habit and do enjoy a bit of banter with visiting keepers. Especially Lee Joooooooones and that Gay bloke from King's Lynn.

Does 'gay' need a capital 'G' now?
