Due to increasing commitment to the GAFC website the current Forum Administrators will be relinquishing their roles towards the end of March.
That leaves three options: (1) Forum carries on in same format with new Administrators (2) Forum moves to another website like the nonleague or Unibond forums and has its own section (3) Forum closes
The intention is to preserve the Prediction League which is administered by Richard and incorpoaret this into the clubs website.
If you have any views or want to become an administrator please let us know. Just to put the record straight and before the acqusations start teh decision has been taken purely on logistical grounds by BigJ and Jon.

Adam Admin activities are: (1) Check the site on a regular basis for abusive or innapropriate posts and deal with them (2) Maintain the site by deleting the old posts, keeping the abusive term alternatives up-to-date and starting new sections if required (3) Updating the News Fader that appears at the top of the page (4) New Membership Registration is handled automatically but the administrator has to remain impartial and objective in dealing with Users and posts that are deemed unsuitable for whatever reason

We need to keep this forum going as the fans of GAFC need to be able to voice their opinions and talk to each other about various aspects of the Club... It would be a massive loss were it to close and I would miss Adam's lol's LOL. ;D ;D ;D

If no-one comes in with a suitable offer we'll just have to nationalise it...

Nah, that's Old Labour.
What we have to do is flog it off to Tesco's, appoint four American directors and and employ three administrators based in Mumbai who've never even heard of football.

And, at risk of turning this briefly into a political forum, what's wrong with 'Old Labour?' At least one or two of them...nay, 'us'... were real Socialists...

You'd make a pretty good Administrator, Old Bean. You already run a multi million pound plus business empire (don't you?) so this would seem like chicken feed to you, surely?
