On top for first twenty minutes then reverted back to normal never really looked as though we would win it.

Dunn looked good - put some tackles in then went off injured - shame - after that a bit Dolanish. Should have had Gav on at Half time upfront with Jimmy. Smithy looked far from fit to me! Looks like we still lack pace at the back, however was it me or should Dicko have saved the second goal???

I think Southern 2nd took a slight deflection off our defender which might have put Dicko off, but he should have at least parried the ball away if not saved it.
Agree Dunn looked good, but a double tackle mid 1st half caused the injury which eventually took him off.
Overall we huffed & puffed but probably got out of the game what we'd deserved over 90 mins. Gateshed were quicker on the break & created the better chances. We had some good pressure towards the end on the game, but I felt we just weren't sharp enough up front to score an equaliser, never mind a winner.
Looking uncomfortable at the mo looking at the table. Witton & Fleetwood are probably out of touch & Marine can be caught if we win our games in hand, which at present is asking a lot. I'd probably take 5th place now if offered.

'Alternative gendered'? Powerful tool, this.
How about replacing 'LOL' with 'There were elements of the above posting that I found moderately risible'?

don't be so harsh on smith and dunning. I could pick others that were worse. E.g, hanson. For the potential he as, he should do better. As for dunning, he's a little jack russle. Smith- got to believe more in his pace. Knight changed the game, its about time he started. ;D
