Well, we've talked about it on here for months but wasn't it good to finally hear some proper chanting from our own supporters today? Granted it took the Gateshead fans to stand and chant in front of us to provoke us into a response, but didn't it suddenly seem so good and right to get behind the team and be like proper supporters?
Did anyone notice several players - and our own supporters behind the goal - looking across to see what was happening? And did anyone notice the way it picked up the players during those noisy and raucous few minutes?
Definitely something we'd do well to try again, and we shouldn't let it take another team to provoke us next time round. We actually sounded good, guys! Anyone else agree?

Yes - i like it - change Gateshead to Guiseley and it got about 20 or so going - its about time we had some of you poets come up with some. Keep it simple for now!
how about for James Hanson - Jimmy Jimmy give us a goal, give us a goal, give us a goal
etc

I think we need to agree beforehand to stand together and make the effort. Yesterday proved we can do it though...We could scare the pants off Prescot if we started this coming Saturday...

Looks as if the first step isn't getting behind the team but getting behind the opposition supporters.

Fair point YDR but the songs should bear relevance to the teams position in the league If we were top 4 , Going up Going up would be ok BUT ---- at this moment in time Springsteen's, Road To Hell is more in keeping , and yesterday to the tune of Jose Mourinho i think i detected a few verses of We Want Our Money Back, again showing relevance of the position and performance of the team. Not all doom and gloom on the chanting front a mate of mine reported that Harrogate rocked to the tune of Championes , Championes Ole ,Ole ,Ole as the BPA Juggernaut continues to roll LOL Part Time Fan.

By the way PTFE, it's a bit rude of you to refer to Benny Phillips as a 'juggernaut'. I'm sure he hasn't done anything wrong to you...

Well spotted Volvoman and YES AB , half a dozen fans chanting Guiseley, Guiseley must have been electric , you could see the effect it had on the players . Well done PTF.
