Guiseley Reserves gained a 2-1 win over Harrogate Railway on Saturday, a team that included former Guiseley striker Danny Forrest. Guiseley opened the scoring through Chris Davey but Railway levelled after some good work by Danny Forrest. Guiseley went ahead through Joe Hendrie and then substiutute Fernando Moke made a complete hash of taking a penalty defying manager Vince Brockie's instruction for Liam Robinson to take it. Moke hit the ball well wide much to the manager's anger and everyone else's frustration. Another good win for the Reserves who played triallist Liam Nelthorpe wide right of midfield. Team: Steve Thompson; Callum White, Tom Higman, Luke Hudson, John Cullen; Liam Nelthorpe, Joe Hendrie (Mark Wilby) John Douglas, Chris Davey (Dan Sharry); Liam Robinson, Rob Bradley (Fernando Moke). Subs not used: Adam Hill, Sam Jacomb.
