To be fair I think up until the goal both keepers had a similar number of saves to make. It was only as we chased an equalizer that our goalkeeper came under more pressure on the break.

Wouldn't disagree with that, but without him by the end you could easily have been 3 down rather than still in the game at 0-1
Must admit he really is a cracking keeper and you will do well to hold onto him.

Absolutely gutted for the lads yesterday, they were tremendous all game.As has already been said we did make a good side look average for long periods but goals win games and we couldn't manage to take any of the several chances that we did create. The work rate and endeavour was fantastic and we played some great stuff at times,as did Witton who are very impressive if you stand off and allow them to play.I thought Piotr did play very well but i couldnt pick a MOM for us as i thought everyone of our guys was superb, just one thought, maybe if Crooksy hadnt had to come off things might have been different.Without being spectacular he retains possession very well and his experience may have been a big help when Witton had their good spell which led to the goal. That's not to take anything away from Damian Dunne, who came on and did well,or Rich Dunning who was his hard working self,it is just an observation. Our job is to now pick the lads up for another equally important game on tuesday, they were very down after the game, but if we can replicate this performance in our remaining games i feel we can win all three and get to 70 points which will give us an excellent chance to get in the playoffs

I think you have it spot on there Wayne. Nobody could ask any more from the lads it was a fantastic game to watch. Well maybe more shots on goal ;D
It was a superb turn and finish from Warlow that won the game.

No. It was the No. 4 who fowled and the referee who chickened.

It was (I really must look this word up) a penalty,James would have scored without the blatant forearm smash, but you dont tend to get decisions like that in front of a vocal crowd and when top teams are at home.Everyone in the ground could probably hear what me and the gaffer thought about it,bottler is about the nicest word i can repeat on here.

ref at eastwood also bottled it ossett had a clear penalty when it was 2-2. We need a result on saturday against hednesford and then were safe. then all the small minded people at ossett will think that 3 points lost at eastwood were good value cos it means that you lot will miss out on the play-offs and we've had a contribution sad i know. Many people here hope that you dont make the play-offs and that your management team get the bullet for decimating our team. Dont subscribe to that cos i always got on very well with kitty and benno but it looks iffy for you now with eastwood playing worksop lincoln and leek Your one plus is that buxton have to play gateshead twice yet so you could still catch them. must say that i think that the top 2 would still go up a champions and play off winners

Woulnd't disagree with your assessment rev, lsame as you I like to see all our local teams doing well and players an managers moving on is just part of the game we all love. Without the highs and lows it just wouldn't be footy.

I think Rev has lost his fiz as well as the plot. The people at Ossett were gutted to throw away a 2 goal lead and the players would I imagine feel worse. Personally I hope Guiseley do progress and think making the play-offs will be harder than winning them. Eastwood run by their Charles Hughes school of coaching long ball stuff bore me senseless that said we seem to be going the same way. Their form is not sparkling so it could be tight, like Lionel says if you win your last 3 its 70 points if that's not enough it's all to do again next year.
