Any plans to big up the game and the gate for next Saturday?
Free admission at Buxton today, apparently...
A publicity blizzard throughout Aireborough and the local mass media would be a start. Anybody got any good one-off ideas?
THIS IS NOT A REHEARSAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok this isn't going to please some people but I'm going to see Guiseley at 3pm and then Farsley's last game at 5.15pm (Played late because another game in BSP is on TV). Both are potentially enthralling games with play-offs and relegation at stake. If folk can take that much football in one day and can get over local rivalries then each team's support could add to the other.

NOT A BAD IDEA PRISONER MAYBE A DECENT PRICED TICKET TO GET INTO BOTH GAMES AND MAYBE A COACH ARRANGED TO SHIP US OVER TO THE NEST MIGHT BE AN IDEA IM SURE THIS WOULD BE FOR BENEFICIAL FOR FARSLEY AS WELL AS GUISELEY

Its not supporters they need (oh yes they do) but fit and able players instead to win the points. Anyway, after York Kit-Kat them for the third time Tuesday night it will be all over bar the shouting surely. similar senario for Halifax I would have thought but wouldn't want to see any Yorkshire club drop out of the BSP personally as we need as many northern and local clubs in as possible. Here endeth my half-hearted support for rivals but I tried.

I just have a feeling results will turn in Guiseley's favour and we end up playing Witton away now in a play-off semi. If we get that far I'll get the crystal ball out for a final against Gateshead on the Tyne and be 'talk of the toon'..

Hopefully, it'll be tough for them going there as Leek may not be safe by then.

I've thought this for ages but their should be someone going round Fieldhead, Benton Park, St Mary's, and maybe even Prince Henrys drumming up support from local kids with nothing better to do on a saturday or tuesday night. Give them some sort of title (Junior Lions or something), designate them an area in the ground and let them in for £2.00.
They'd get 200 down no sweat.
