Can FC survive the drop ?

Well, as I've said before, just because you finish in the bottom 4 of the Conference you don't necessarily get relegated. Its seems Halifax Town are all but relegated to who knows where, due to their financial problems which means Altrinham would stay up, (for the 3 consecutive year!).

So that would mean just one more club having financial or other wise problems being either relegated or not promoted to the Conference & our friends down the road could be saved.

I said previously, how important it was to finish in the highest relegation spot & Altrinham have proved that again. Now Deacey & the boys must be all fingers crossed someone else gives them a lifeline.

I wouldn't be surprised for one second if that happened. We can all wait & see.

So we just need Gateshead, Witton, Eastwood & Buxton to be denied promotion & we could be up . Now that is a pipe dream!

See we had musical chairs at Witton as manager Jim Vince resigned early last week due to a fall out with Chairman mike Worthington who also stepped down a few days later. Now its all mates again.
