Does anybody else find it more than mildly embarrassing that once again we're left to find out about important items of club news from a) the local paper b) fans of other clubs c) the Unibond website or d) somebody who met somebody's granny in the pub?
Is anybody in the management/administration of Guiseley charged with the responsibility of keeping the faithful - ie the website regulars - 'in the loop' regarding information that is in the public domain and that everybody else seems to find out first?
If so, why don't they do it?, or
If not, why not?
We appear to be aiming at the Conference North - and attempting to increase our supporter base - with a PR set up that would shame the average pub team.
LET'S GET IT SORTED!

I totally agree with you mate, there seems to be very little done in terms of updating the website as regards news stories concerning the club. The pages are updated in terms of fixture info etc but very little in the way of transfer news etc.
Heck, Mark Smith's departure was illustrated only by a link to Eastwood Town's tale of the story, rather than something the club themselves had published.

I think I've sadly just come to the conclusion that we probably just don't mean anything to the Management or the Directors. What other conclusion could we possibly arrive at given the lack of contrary evidence?

What's the point of just recreating Ossett Town at Nethermoor?
What did Ossett win that we've never won?
I'd rather be Guiseley Mark 1 than a warmed up, rehashed Ossett Town Mark 2.
No, no, no, no, no! You can't do this!...
Stop it now, and give us real quality not the new Manager's former friends and former players...
Somebody do something about this, please!

Guess we'll just have to see how the players turn out and fit in - suppose it's only fair to give everybody a chance

Maybe we/ve all missed the point regarding the new players from Ossett. Remember their pitch. Maybe Ossett player are OK footballer's but great at clearing water from the pitch. ;D
What we need at the mo is more groundstaff to work on the pitch & the odd anti rain dance as well.

We wouldn't have this problem if we still had proper British weather instead of this new fangled 'Euro climate' stuff that's been forced on us by the EC. We need poiticians who'll campaign for a return to proper British weather like we always had before. We never had all these weeks on end of continental style rain when I was a lad.

Lets get away from all this terrible rain & back to the good ol days of freezing weather, a foot of snow in Jan, walking on the frozen canal ................. ahh, those were the days. Rallyman
