Think Guiseley seriously need to invest in a big plastic sheet to cover the pitch cos at this rate, guiseley are gonna have 10 games in hand....
With the rain i dont think we will be seeing a game at Nethermoor until feb....
Any opinions?

We could ask bigj if we could use his old coat and trousers to cover the pitch .

That's nothing - he covers Guiseley for the Non-League Paper!

We could ask bigj if we could use his old coat and trousers to cover the pitch . Well if it does stop raining at least we could get yourself to stand on the centre circle & speak to us all. The amount of hot air that comes out will soon dry the pitch off. Rallyman

Just a thought, but if, as likely, Sat games is called off we will still have 20 league games + league cup + WYCC cup games to play before the end of April.
By my calcs, that 14 weeks to end of season. We will be playing virtually 2 games / week, every week. How's that going to effect the players re fatigue, injuries etc. in our push for the play-off's? We'd be looking to try & catch Marine (amongst others) who have played 6 games more than us (i think). But is this realistic bearing in mind the above ??
We are bound to get a couple of injuries to key players at best, so is the play-off's still realisticly possible?
Need to check the league table to see what we need to do (other than the obvious "win every game").

begining of this season i remember the club spending loads of money on the pitch and proudly showing off loads of pics on the web site wot happened to the expensive drainage system put in , i think the directors have been ripped of with that one

At least i talk sense, unlike Yeadoner, Rallyman, and bigj who only talk=====NONSENSE. Theres more chance of intellectual dialogue with AB and Rusty !
