Liam Bartle came up through the very important Bradford Schoolboys ranks and then on to Bradford City.
A good young lad and strong player who will be a good squad player for Guiseley.

Don't know how you can call them Farsley plyaers other than for the fact they signed on for a short spell as they hardly played any of them but for Crossley. Just maybe there is an alternative message here. Guiseley believe in them and trying to give them a real chance to use their ability where Farsley couldn't, wouldn't or be arsed with doing it. With the big squad they had last season something had to give and some had to go somewhere. All the lads want to do is play regular football for a bob or two, not once in a blue square moon trip out and be expected to be stars as well - surely. Will ryan be playing at liversedge next weekend or is he still injured ?

Undecided wether Ryan will be playing against Liversedge but he is doing very nicely in training,he is further forward than we expected at this stage and we dont want to rush him.Same can be said of Cotty after his ankle op.No need to take unnecessary risks at this time but they both hopefully will play some part against BCFC.Just 1 more quick point Lee Crooks returned to training today and looked in good shape.

If Crooks looked in good shape then he must have lost a bit a weight since last season.

Wayne, get Lee signed up quick...Before the General gets his BIG WAD out again ..Any more signings imminent Wayne ? Lets hope all the BOYS /INJURED recover soon and start playing football !!! Good luck and Best wishes for the coming season, on behalf of all (well 99%) of the Forum members.......Theprisoner cow pies are full of calories,....Hope he stays this coming season though!! Not the quickest, but great brain/vision /shot - plus yet to see any man or beast stand up to him, on 50/50 tackles..............

He has lost weight Prisoner and quite a bit at that,he looked sharp and better for it.With lee returning Boselecta we are probably only looking now for a striker and then the squad will be complete.

Dave Merris could play left side of midfield but we have Mark Whitehouse from Halifax to do that job superstew.Tom Morgan is going to come and compete for the keepers shirt and we are also going to have a look at Jordan Yorath on Tuesday.

Wether Ryan does or doesnt play against Liversedge Bluesquare,it still makes a mockery of your prediction that he wouldnt play till xmas if at all.He will be fit for the start of the season no question.
