Good game today Gavin should of had a hatrick he scored 3 but the liner ruled 2 out but hanson with 2 in the first 30 mins gr8 start to the game

Looks like it could be a strike force to fear, Jim and Gav.... Linked up well, Gav played well poppin up on the left and right, deserved his goal, and jim 3 chances 2 goals not bad at all. fort first half hour guiseley best i have seen them play all season then they jus seemed to take the foot off the pedal, let ashton play, ashton had nrly all the possesion in 2nd half. Guiseley shud of pushed on trying to score, the linesman was shockin.
Not lookin good for tomoz game.

Wonder what the assessor put in his report. Maybe "linesman's brain needs to be tweaked to work 15 seconds faster",could this fault be rectified on the production line? or do we need to look at the basic design".

Gavin should feel hard done by because the second of the offside goals he scored was definitely on side and a fine finish - the rest were very tight so easier for the liner to flag and bottle it.
Over all i hope Gavin gets a good run in the side, the partnership with James Hanson needs work though. Still not convinced with SK - the Jury is out!

Goole, Prescott, Frickley, Ashton - that four times off the top of my head without looking it up......that just a bit more than twice - i am sure i could find several more occasions since James came to Guiseley if i looked! Ok richard, well they ant played with each other regularly, and they are trying to build a good relationship and am sure in a few weeks they will be both banging goals in....Given time

As far as goals they should have had two each against Ashton had it not been for the assistant ref.......but that is history now R |
