Well good performance by guiseley the defence was a bit shaky tho but hey we won and thats all that matters. James Hanson got injured in the second half. The first half was a bit dull till the 45th minute when Bettsy took a penalty and slammed it in to the top corner. The second half began with an early James Hanson goal and then later on a brilliant Dunne goal. But dunnes finish to the game wasnt brilliant he got sent off for grabbing 1 of their players round the neck then hoving him in the upper chest.

What on earth was Damien Dunne about. He had already got the decision and the attack was completely uncalled for in any circumstance. I hope that whatever the financial penalty to the club for this sending off that they have the courage to take it from what I imagine will be his not inconsiderable wage.

I thought the new signing looked pretty wick...He runs in the right direction and looks pretty useful on the ball. Another good addition to the squad methinks...

Dunn was a pratt and i hope he will apologise to his team mates and the lad he throttled. Mind the lad shold have been booked for kicking Dunn that sparked his indiscretion.
Still a lot of positives out of the game:
Dickinson had little to do except pick the ball out of the net;
Hay was getting back to his solid best,
Ellis best defender in the league bar none,
Cotterill solid game,
Agus settling in well and made some good runs forward, defended well;
Camfield keep the ball on the deck then could be an interesting signing(Walters; not time to impress),
Dunne very strong combative game played well until sending off, Dunning not his best game but competed,
Bett looked good today;
Knight not as good as last week but well worth the starting spot alway gives 100% (Greaves needs a few games),
Hanson took goal well but needs to work on his first touch never gives up mind and a constant threat (Rickers not much time to get in to the game).

lets hope the rest off the season carries on in this positive way, some of the tackling was back to Guiseley of old - and we wont win the fair play league......and a good job too.

Good performance for th second week running apart from Dunne's indiscretion. Thought Cmfiled added another apect to our play and showed some neat touches.

becoming quite a ex farsley team like osset with rickers bett dunne and now camfield on loan and mcguire comming next
