Don't know but what a fantastic display of football. a 6-2 win. Today the reserves where simply fantastic. Rite from Scott Reed in goal every single player was superb. After watching today i have to say TAKE THAT POPS. Steve Milner is a fantastic manager and he is showing it this year, Take a look Mr Dolan you have an amazing talant rite from management to the team at reserve level.

I would also like to give Scott Reed some praise i was harsh on him after the Wakefield game but yesterday he looked like a very good goalkeeper (fantastic handling and Distribution)

Good for the reserves at last Mr Milner has listened and got some talent into his squad. up wards and on wards as Mr Milner would say. Whats happening to the under 19's when do they start their campaign or do they have to be put on hold until the reserves finish what they are doing at home. Why can't the under 19's have a manager of their own instead of Mr Milner monopolizing every thing. Just some thing else to stir up a response you know me always one for my opinions!!!!!!!!!

The reason is Steve Milner is the best at developing players. For me he could work at a much higher level.

All,
As per various comments about the Reserves and Under19's. I have been at the club now for seven sesons in a variety of roles ( not least fan!!!!!). I have complained under previous regimes that it was very difficult to get the Under 19 players seen by 1st and Reserve team management.
The current position is much more joined up and working with Steve and Paul is a pleasure, simply because we all have a view on all the players available for the two teams. Communication is excellent, opinions are listened to, and I believe progress is being made.
The lack of Under 19 games so far is down to date clashes and opponents not being available, the 1st two fixtures are now set starting next week Away at Liversedge.
It seems to me that the progress being made is evident, so give us a break!!!!!!!

I'm sorry but i don't agree with you there, Mr Milner has no idea of how to speak to the players or how to get the best out of them (unless you are flavour of the month) believe me i have listened to many of the players in the past. Mr Milner is getting by, by the skin of his teeth and hopefully in the future Guiseley directors will see what i have been going on about.

a club like guiseley SHOULD BE WINNING the youth league every season just because of the amount of players who turn up to training every year . Farsley Celtic won the title 3 years running and then scrapped their team . After 1 season with no under 19s they realised the mistake and this year have entered last seasons under16s, so our older lads should be stronger than them. Predictions Guiseley Top Thackley 2nd Farsley 3rd

Who cares if farsley won it three years on the trot tell me where there youth players are now. Its all about developing players!!developing and maturing the younger players to hopefully play in the 1st team. And i dont think people realise its a completly different standard to playing junior football its a massive step from junior football. Finally Pops !! im sick of your criticism towards the management and the players do your self a favour and get over your grudge be a man about it!!!!!!!! or at least have something positive to say about it becuase the best is still to come from the management.
