The English Football League clubs will be meeting to discuss measures to address the energy crisis, such as bringing forward kick-off times to save on floodlights etc., and consider other potential impacts, such as on attendance.
Otley Rugby Club, as a local example with similar support, do not have floodlights, and bring forward their kick-offs to 2.15 during the "darker" months. Even so, it does result in some games finishing in fairly dim conditions.
I would be happy if kick-offs were brought forward to 1.00 or 1.30, but less so before then.
What do others thinks?

What do others thinks? I sometimes finish work at 2 on Saturday so it’s a no from me.

I understand the logic but for me it should remain at 3pm.
Away games with a 1pm kick off would be very difficult in the national/football league would mean some very early starts for many teams.
