Going on loan to Lincoln - and cannot play against us! Can be recalled at any time! Better arrangement than letting him go altogether (Like Craig Hall!)
Good luck Gav - hope we see you back in a guiseley shirt soon!

I hope that when Sam leave's that it is only on loan the same as Gav. Not included in squad to go to Kendall, hope he decides to stay, but must be busting a gut for a game, not much fun keeping the bench warm.I spoke to him recently & he realise's it's a squad thing but he's young & want's a game. Parsley watching!

And he scored again today, played two, scored two, like Adam says he should be here at Guiseley doing it for us. Does anybody that was at Ilkeston today see any sense in having a player like Gavin out on loan at Lincoln and us playing the two new lads who aren't a patch on him.

which two new lads do you mean? surely you dont mean the guys up front who have been banging in the goals and if you do who would you drop to make way for gavin?(who i agree is a good forward player).Look at the unibond top scorer list and see that there is 3 gafc strikers at the top of the charts.see my point!!

For a start Smith and Hanson are not new lads they both were here last season, so obviously I didn't mean them, Gavin is very good as an attacking mid-fielder who creates chances for the two big men up front and I would play him any day of the week instead of Swift. I was perhaps a bit harsh on Wilson who was only playing his first game yesterday, but I find it very hard to follow Mr Dolans idea that a large squad gives everybody a chance to play for a shirt and then gives certain players a lot more chances than others that have proved themselves in the past, eg. Knight and Hall.

I totally agree with your comment about swift. I believe he is not up to the required standard at this moment.I suppose we will have to give him the chance to show us to be wrong, maybe he is still settling in to the system we play..
