I have watched Guiseley for 25 years we have had plenty of managers with ups and downs over the years but this bites the bullett. Steve Kittrick may think hes the man for the job but all I can see is he a liar he tells us Friday that Dicko is first team keeper and then drops him at the first opportunity. Dicko, hes done nothing wrong for this club in fact we take him for granted he a first class kicker out and lets not forget the many times hes saved us. We,ve had a weekend of Waynes war and peace hes shown he has a complete problem with Dicko and a huge chip on his shoulder for some reason and I think an asis manager should show some more proffesionalism rather that going on a forum when hes been on the ale all day and keep his thoughts to the dressing room than naming names. Lets not forget we had a good team and it only went wrong when Dolan decide to bring in his jobs for the boys he contiuned to play his mate and everyone else out of position and that was our downfall. Kitterick was is too quick to get rid of everyone to do his jobs for the boys and after all we were above Ossett. Anyway has any one seen the YEP this evening he reads our website and its all just blah blah blah. Well Mr Kittrickwe pay to watch your team so show use a bit of respect please and dont let your personal opinions ruin what was a good strong team and if we want a strong team to get to the pay offs why try cause a war with your newspaper comments please teach Wayne how to spell Guiseley

Oh what the hell ....
Juts read the YEP and he wants us against him rather with him.
Its a GAfC supporters forum and gets fans talking about the club, maybe he should just do his job, keep quite and collect his pay cheque and stay away from the SUPPORTERS forum.
And my final point would be what good do these comments do for the club, and how are they going to attract new supporters. Plus no comment on how poor we played for 60 mins against bottom of league on Saturday. Proof is in the pudding Mr K and we all wait ready to taste it.
P.s Hope you succeed and GAFC awake as a sleeping giant.

"Steve Dickinson will return to the Guiseley side for tonight's delayed UniBond League Challenge Cup tie against Eastwood Town with boss Steve Kittrick refuting claims he is trying to force him out of Nethermoor.
The veteran shot-stopper was dropped from the side for Saturday's 2-0 win at Lincoln United in the UniBond League Premier Division after Kittrick brought in England non-league international Peter Skiba from his former club Ossett Town.
The move raised a few eyebrows, with Dickinson proving a firm favourite at Guiseley during his two stints with the club.
But Kittrick said: "I have read some things from fans on internet forums about how Dicko has been a legend at Guiseley, how he is the best keeper in the league blah, blah, blah.
"But there is a lot of football to be played between now and the end of the season and if we're serious about getting into the play-offs we have got to have a strong squad and this is not a negative move, it's a positive one.
"It's the only position in the side that hasn't had competition – healthy competition – but now we have fetched some to the club.
"I told Steve last week before I signed Peter what I was doing, who was coming in and the reasons why.
"I told him he was still wanted at the club and had no reason to get his nose put out. Whether he decides to walk out now is up to him.
"But he is a good goalkeeper and this is competition, that's it.
"If people can't accept competition they shouldn't be playing football – they shouldn't be playing any sport – but Steve has indicated he is quite happy to have the competition."
Dickinson, who turns 35 next week, will have the chance to stake his claim
for the number one jersey this evening as 24-year-old Skiba is ineligible for the fourth round tie."

;D hi everybody GLAMOUR PUSS here again,i totaly agree with the post of jejm, hit the nail on the head for me dickinson no 1 and always will be in my eyes,read any desent books latley wayne heard youv just finished sir alexs?i can definatly see where your coming from.................... actully i dont think he would drop the best keeper for nothing!stick to harry potter think thats more like the world you you live in, and stay off the FANS forum only causes problems between us all!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I, for one, hope that Wayne doesn't stay off the fan's Forum. As long as he knows that we'll be frank about the team he's more than welcome on here, surely? The thing is, we'll moan because we care and not just for moaning's sake, but we've also proved we'll give credit where it's due. In any case, we can argue, debate and twiddle around with every pro, con, subclause, caveat and rejoinder, but the fact is that one solid, committed, all action, 90 minute, heart on the line for the badge peformance from the lads can speak a thousand words, so let's just hope we get that this coming Saturday.

Here here Ydr. This is a forum for all things Guiseley for people to express their opinions, some good, some not so.
We don't stop supporters from other teams coming on here & giving us their views et al. Likewise we can go on other clubs forum & give our opinion about our games against them.
Why should we want to stop a Guiseley supporter (which I'm sure all the management are) coming on here to express their opinion ? Just seems odd anyone suggesting this ?
But, as stated above, people can express their opinion.

hahahaha o dear jejm........ Your saying that wayne shoud learn how to spell Guiseley but i think you should learn how to spell KITTRICK and a few other words first....
and glamour puss put your claws away..........
i think that Yeadoner and Rally man is right if they wanna go on and the forum post stuff let them....
Everyone is allowed an opinion and everyone should take it on the chin EVEN MANGEMENT..........

1/ In my opinion I think Benno came on here genuinely because he thought it was a positive step forward.( AND HE HAD THE BALLS TO COME ON AS HIMSELF!) even though he probably knew he would get someone like you coming on and slating him. p.s from what I can see the majority of Guiseley fans seem quite pleased that he got involved with the forum. 2/ Maybe its you that needs to get the chip of your shoulder. Nobody has once said Dicko has done anything wrong and maybe I missed something but when did Benno make it obvious that he has a problem with Dicko. Accept the changes , I think you will be pleasantly suprised if you are a true fan.! Looks to me like some decent players have been brought in, whether they are popular and right decisions is in question - time will tell. Difficulty is carrying a larger squad and keeping people happy. If there are some bad apples who aren't happy the rot can set in and player power is not a good thing. Incidentally, how many players are registered in the 1st team squad?
