From interview with PP he is well aware that this could be just a stepping stone for Brad. I wonder if it might inspire Taberner and Damba to greater things.

I hope he’s right because that would mean Brad has been terrific for us, whilst he seems a good person and it would be nice to see him playing at a level he deserves. That’s why I’d let Taberner leave on lone so he remains match-fit and can be recalled when Brad moves on. Although I think Hagie could step up if needed and in many ways I’d prefer this. Its always good to see an Academy lad getting their chance

Anyone who went think their artificial looked a bit too bouncy? Glad we've at a least a season remaining on grass.

….springs eternal?!! Based on last season, Hyde may prove a tricky first league encounter. On the other hand, the Guiseley side is not the same as it was eg when we went down at home in last season’s Nethermoor league encounter. (Not a game to recall with pleasure for more than one reason!) Good luck Lions, let’s get our first point(s) on the board! Its the hope that kills you…. Although Im clinging to the fact that many teams previously have started badly and gone on to do very well
