So, the announcer got the young lad’s name wrong, by calling him ‘Daniel’ Nuttall? Yeah I’ll hold my hand up to that one, I did correct it but I don’t think anyone heard. Sorry Harry! |

It strikes me that Guiseley are a more potent in attack in the absence of Denton. When Denton is on the field, everything seems to be focused on aiming at him, and expecting him to distribute the ball, which defences worked out a long time ago. When he isn't playing, as against Marine, the defence wasn't able to counteract an attack spread wider. It will be interesting to see how Mr Welsh organises his attack, but more particularly our defence which still looks rather porous.
