How can this be anything less than a thriller? Come to think of it, if a Lion did have a fight with a Tiger, which one would probably win? My money’s on the Lion, and not just because I’m a Guiseley fan: I think thev’re quite a bit stronger all round.

My money’s on the Lion, and not just because I’m a Guiseley fan: I think thev’re quite a bit stronger all round. It would depend on numbers and teamwork I’d have thought. Lions do have the edge in terms of teamwork, so would be able to attack and defend as a pack, picking off the tigers who, though more aggressive, would be as likely to fight among themselves. Even if outnumbered, the more focussed Lions would eventually win out. But we may never find out of course, as they live on different continents, and to facilitate a fight between them would be ethically sketchy at best. Sigh. I do hate when games get postponed…
