Now that we seem to have got the recent bad weather behind us it seems that the likelihood of any further postponements is past, all of which means that the great 'pie and pasty crisis' is now, finally, over.
Regular readers will remember how I've agonized over the fact that so many might have been going to waste during those days, although, again, looking at the waistlines of one or two of our 'regulars' yesterday afternoon, it seems a solution to the problem with regards to 'disposal' was found in the most practical and efficient of ways.
