HT 0-1 and Buxton are good value for their lead. We have been out battled around the pitch by an aggressive, hard working opposition who grabbed the lead from a corner after 10 minutes. We will have to improve significantly in the second half to get anything out of this game.

I think this was a fair result. The substitution of Tuck for Hanson gave us height and I honestly think the team tried their best but is it good enough to get us to the play offs? I would hope so but probably not,and Skiba sorry but the jury is still out the lad does not look comfortable in any situation.

We badly need Gav Knight and Steve D1ckinson back in the team.
Kittrick made a massive mistake with these two.
Arron's partner up front today is just not good enough. To have him on from the start with James on the bench was unbelievably stupid
Odds on yet another new manager for next season?

Such a negative bunch of so called supporters!!??
Trying to sack the manager before he's had chance to show what he is made of!!
Give the lad a chance and maybe you might reach the play-offs!!??

I have got to agree with Steve, it is time for Mr Kittrick to swallow his pride and bring back Gavin and Steve, we need them both if we are to get into the play offs.

Afternoon everyone. Enjoyed the day out at Guiseley... Friendly club you've got there.
Thought the result was about right, but don't be all doom and gloom about it. It was 4th and 6th and two very good teams playing in awful conditions. I thought we made better use of the conditions and that was about the only major difference between the two teams.
Was surprised to see a right footed player playing at leftback though. You've got Tom Agus who is a Buxton favourite and frankly he's twice the player that lad was.
Also thought Skiba in goal had a mare... He's well thought of and highly respected, but everytime we've played teams with him in goal he's looked woeful. Yesterday didn't make me think any different.
All this chopping and changing of managers isn't going to help Guiseley.. You need to have a bit of faith in the manager you've appointed.
What a goal to win it though!!!!

I am sure the managements ROSE TINTED GLASSES will have worked again .....
Thats just a opinon and not that of anyone important, just a true GAFC supporter.....

Mrsann do you think its wise to be criticising players in your capacity at the club and yes i do know who you are!For all those criticising Piotr was it his fault we lost and did any mistakes he made lead to goals ? No didnt think so.To all those saying we wont reach the playoffs all that does as management and players is push us closer together and make us more determined to do so.James Hanson was fine with the decision to leave him out he admitted he hasnt been playing well and deserved to be left out and his response was exactly what we were after.Lee Tuck is the same lad you were all raving about 2 weeks ago what short memories you have,and im not going over old ground with regards to Gavin and Dicko think ive covered most of the grumblings unless theres any more negative comments you would like me to respond to
