I have got to agree with Anthony, most of the supporters that you see at Nethermoor nowadays are the people that have been there for many years through thick and thin times and have always got behind the team and we don't need to be told to do so. As for Skiba I have never heard anyone shouting abuse at him. Wayne I think it is you that has a problem over the goalkeeping situation, you have hiked this lad up to be something really special and so far he hasn't shown it, that's not his fault and no one has anything personal against him.

What i was getting at Phoenix was that other than seven maybe eight teams in this league we are seen as a scalp, maybe not in terms of league positions over previous seasons but in the fact that teams hear about our financial situation and raise their game accordingly, hell that used to form the basis of our teamtalk when at Ossett when we played the Guiseleys and Witton and Fleetwoods and Gatesheads.Ive never once thought of us reaching the play offs as written in stone but i do believe with hard work and a sprinkling of luck we can reach the play offs.To Anthony and Disguiselee the comment about the support was a request not a demand, where are you being told to support your team?I was asking for more of the same in what is a big game for everybody concerned with the club.

I agree we need to get behind the lads even more vocally than normal on Sat for this must win game over the run-away leaders who beat Gateshead up there on Weds e night.
With both Buxton & Eastwood having (on paper anyway) easier games, both at home to teams at the bottom end of the league, we can't afford to lose more ground to them, as that would leave us 3 wins behind both with only 9 games left. That would be a tall order to pull back, (although I don't envy Buxton's run in ).
Looking at the predictions for Sat's game, it won't be easy (& yes I have predicted a heavy defeat, but I don't usually predict results right, hence a bit of negative psychology).
Anyway, roll on Sat & a positive result, fingers crossed.
