Absolutely. I’d love it for him and our lads if they went up, even though I’d be gutted to lose the local fixture.

It’s looking like a possible Chorley vs Guiseley Classic playoff final! Great result for BPA this evening Come on Bowser To be fair, only 8 out of 16 in the squad were guiseley '14.

Bradford PA lost today and whilst most of you were rooting for them unfortunately I was on the other side of that and quite frankly are happy to see them with us. It’s one of the only positives I could take from going down playing Park Avenue again.

I had mixed feelings about that result. Will be good to go over there, but also wanted them to have some success.
Also, I worry I'll know more BPA players than guiseley!

Not sure how to take that, seriously though as a BPA fan, I think it's for the best that our club is to stay in this league and at least wait until we have a ground fit enough, and get a few more supporters through the gates that the team deserves before trying the National scene, not saying we aren't disapointed, we are, we were desparatly unlucky yesterday in that Drenchy got outdrenched by Danny Lewis the Brackley keeper was outstanding. We also had an extra Guiseley member supporting us for the two play off matches at Kiddy and Brackley, she is a credit to your club thanks for the support Sue, much appreciated and your welcome anytime.

I’m disappointed for BPA. I was looking forward to cheering you on Vs Arrygit. All of the GAFC old boys go with our blessing - oh how we could have done with them this year. Good luck for next season but look forward to our Boxing Day, New Years Day clashes

I was really hoping that Avenue would get promoted but obiously not to be. Just hope Brackley beat Harrogate next Sunday - if only to give us another local derby next season - as I've always thought they were a club very much like ourselves and I still don't know how they have got to the Play-Off and FA Trophy Finals with their limited resources. Re; Sue attending the two Avenue games: is this a first in non-league? Us loaning out fans to other clubs!

See Boreham Wood are advertising their advance season tickets for £100 . Given that they will be either National League or 2nd Division, hoping GAFC are going to offer an excellent discount deal for supporters for 2018/19?

We could recoup it by charging any visiting radio stations...

Halifax apparently going full time next season. Considering I've heard that their council take all match day revenue from the ground, I'm amazed they can afford to do so.

Another brilliant day out at Wembley Stadium for the Vanarama Big Day Out 4 Play off Final. Pleased to be able to report that our Guiseley scarf appeared on the score boards at both ends of the stadium! So pleased for Tranmere Rovers and their fans that they made it to Div 2 with 10 men, well deserved. (We were Tranmere supporters for the day!) They out numbered the Boreham fans by about 25:1 and I never heard a chant from them throughout the whole game! Great atmosphere and Micky Mellon got the supporters behind Tranmere when they were struggling at 1:1. The sound was tremendous. James Norwood was my man of the match.
Our last away trip in National League for a while☹️
Come on you Lions!🦁🦁🦁
