Town are in the national league. Whilst it was certainly deserved I’m disappointed to see the loss of a local venture. However it has been said it would be nice to see some more northern dominance in the National League. Would like to know what everyone else’s opinions are on their victory.

Congratulations Harrogate, a worthy promotion for them this season having run Salford close to the title pretty much all season.
Good luck in the National League, will be interesting to see how they do with them going in full time. AB

Well, it’s about time they went up. They’ve been trying long enough. It’ll be interesting to see how they cope next season on and off the pitch. I’m mainly disappointed because they did a really good Wellington Burger there that I haven’t stopped banging on about for ages.

Shame, the one thing that needs improving across the board everywhere is ground food. Ours is good but Macclesfield was a terrible place to eat. So was Wrexham actually. But enough about food, yes it will be interesting to see if the financials and the general pressure takes it’s toll.

We have a greater variety of food available now but for me the quality of pie/pasty has diminished in comparison to the rather excellent Pukka variety we used to serve.

Expensive season tickets at Harrogate - £277 for standing and £303 for seated. Not as high as the £340 Halifax are charging though.
I hope ours don't go up to that level, it seems like a lot to pay for 5th and 6th division football, when Burnley and Huddersfield were as little as £329 and £299 for the Premier league.
I know this has the potential to raise the discussion about different revenue streams etc. again, but I am a bit worried about fans just not being able to afford to go to games at this level, or at least seeing better value elsewhere.

Congratulations to ArryGit on their promotion. Would imagine their problems will be with the neighbours as bigger gates inevitably put more pressure on parking which is just about non-existent around Wetherby Road.

Weaver Senior'll probably buy The Stray and turn it into a 4g Car Park.

I still think our food is good though, but regardless it would not hurt to learn something from our former rivals Fylde and some others when it comes to our club. We need to stay the traditional Yorkshire football club that we are but some upgrades to make away days at nethermoor pleasureable for the travelling fans pulling up would be sure nice.
