This is absolutely appalling news. Whilst I am an Avenue fan I do hope your club recovers from this and that the perpetrators are caught and justice administered.

Thanks for your comments. Obviously the Non-Spanish tour was an embarrassing chapter for the club and lies which were told by Bob and Kev. Apart from certain characters on the BPA forum most have decided to the let the matter rest.
Hope for a good season for your team and ours and stand is re-built.

Well I suppose you can have your fun and maybe sing VIVA ESPANA when Avenue play Guiseley over christmas and new year. Or maybe when Rory bags a hat-trick you could make comments about the fictious Liam and the real Rory been in Majorca.

Or even use the lyrics to Duran Duran's Rio especially the bit that says 'Across the Rio Grande' and change to 'Across the Soto Grande'. :-p
