An experienced keeper is something we had been lacking for a few years until Cam. Danny looks like he brings that. He's coming off a great season at Runcorn. I'd question why he's moved so frequently over the past few years. he's had a new club pretty much every year. It's a step up in level.. we've had some success with that.

Mark Lees off to Mossley. Scott Bakkor “still” with us. New Keeper looks like a proper signing although like AndyH he’s had a fair few clubs and never really stayed. I suspect the gap between NPL 1st Div West to NPL Premier is less than the gap to NLN. Hopeful that the new Brighouse Striker is this year’s Aaron M! Hope we can sign up all those re-offered terms - Kwarme is a must for me Otherwise, remain hopeful! Season Ticket bought. Bring on the friendliest and trialists 1-20

I think I'm most excited about Teague and Prince in midfield. It was an area we have lacked in previously and it feels like they could make a really good partnership there.

An interesting stat from last season, especially given our goal shortfall the season before!

Andy’s a fantastic player and a really nice chap. It’s a shame his body can’t do what he’d like it to. I very much doubt we’ve lost much on him, he’ll have been on a mainly appearance-based deal. Bury makes sense for him, I hope he gets to enjoy his football a bit before he hangs the boots up.

A great guy who has had a torrid time with injuries and you could clearly see his quality when he played.
Sad to see you go Andy but I hope you can get a run of games together and this is a great move, good luck Andy!

Disappointed to see Adam H leave although I can understand why Adam has left - I imagine it’s difficult to convince yourself the manager believes in you when he let you leave the previous season. Anyways, I wish Adam well, never gave anything less than 100% and clearly had GAFC at heart

I've a lot of time for Adam and there were times last season where he looked like our best striking option. I don't think he was likely to be first choice this season so can't blame him for moving on. I always thought he was one of those odd players who looks great coming off the bench one game then gets a start off the back of it the next and doesn't quite nail it. Maybe it would be a different story if he ever got a proper run in the side.

Sad to see Adam go, thought he was a decent player with potential but totally understand his decision to move on. He needs to be playing every week which he probably wouldn’t do with us.
With Andy i think it was a good decision to move away from him. He clearly has talent but could not stay fit long enough to have any real impact in the squad. Unfortunately you cannot carry these players when you are on a tight budget and aiming to reach the playoffs
Best wishes to both lads.
